Cool Globes exhibition on the PPG Place Plaza – through Sept. 30.

A portion of the public art exhibition “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” made a stop in Pittsburgh for the summer. This exhibition has traveled the world fo rthe past several years with the purpose of raising awareness of solutions to climate change.
Each globe weighs over 1,000 lbs.
The globes will be displayed on the PPG Place Plaza and walkway leading to Market Square as well as in Market Square and Gateway Center through the end of September.
