Family: Enter as "Family" if family members of varied ages (adults and children) worked on the project together.
Children: Enter the age group that reflects the majority of your participants. If a group of children work together, enter under the appropriate age or the age of the majority of the participants.
Non-Profit Group (Children): Refers to groups of various-aged children such as Boy & Girl Scouts, Youth Groups, etc.
Non-Profit (Adult): Refers to groups such as senior citizen groups, church groups, etc.
Culinary: High school or Post-High School class or individual affiliated with a culinary class.
Professional: Individuals or businesses who work in the food service industry.

NOTE: If your date of delivery changes after form is submitted, you do not need to notify us.

All houses will be discarded when the exhibit is removed on January 8.

If you wish to keep your house at the end of display, you must notify Anita Falce by email at NO LATER THAN JANUARY 2. If we are not notified by January 2, your house will be discarded on January 8.

We MUST HEAR FROM YOU if you want to pick up your house once the display is over. NO E-MAIL REMINDERS OR PHONE CALLS WILL BE GIVEN.

If you wish to pick up your house, it must be picked up on Sunday, January 8, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (No alternate pick up dates/times are available.)

Please note that due to the length of the display and the environmental conditions of the display areas, many houses have badly deteriorated by the end of the exhibit making transportation very difficult.
