The Wintergarden may be rented for private business functions by tenants of PPG Place as well as by other non-profit, charitable and business organizations.

It may NOT be rented for weddings or other private, non-business functions

Caterer User can utilize any caterer.
Kitchen There is no kitchen in the Wintergarden.  A panel system will be set up in a corner of the room to be used as a work area by caterer if desired.
There is no cooking done in the Wintergarden.  Caterer must bring prepared food into the room and use warmers to warm food.
Rentals User must rent all tables, chairs and other equipment from
an outside source of their choice. 
Sound System User must rent sound system from an outside source.
Costs Room Rental Rates (per day or portion thereof):
   PPG Place  Tenants .........   $1,500

Non-Profit/Charitable Organizations:.....$2,500

 Business Groups, Non-PPG place Businesses, and for-profit organizations:.....$5,000
In addition to room rental charges, User will be responsible for all associated set-up, tear-down, clean-up, engineering, and security costs, as follows:
     Porter:.....$42.75 per man hour
          (set-up, tear-down, clean-up)
     Security:.....$25 per man hour
     Engineering:.....$78 per man hour
          (electrical, carpentry)
Wedding Photos Wedding Photos can be taken in the Wintergarden if the room is available.  No photos are permitted during the Three Rivers Arts Festival in June and during the annual Santa exhibit from late November through early January.   Arrangements must be made in advance by calling Grubb & Ellis Management Services at 412-434-1928 or E-mail at afalce@ppgplace.com

                 NOTE:   The Wintergarden is NOT air conditioned.  Therefore, it is

                                not recommended for rental during the months of June-August.

                                 The Wintergarden is not available for rental from mid November

                                through early January due to the installation of the annual

                                holiday exhibit.
